CHRIST CENTERED
- Simply put everything we do is centered around Christ we seek to give him the preeminence.
- Colossians 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
BIBLICAL
- We want to remain true to God's word. We would rather be biblical then be popular.
- 2 Timothy 3:16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.
THE GOSPEL
- We believe that sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with people is part of our mission.
- 1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.
SERVING
- We enjoy serving the Lord and our each other. It is not simply our responsibility it is a joy and a passion that we demonstrate in Christ.
- Psalm 100:2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
FAITH
We believe faith is an essential part of every believer. God gives us plenty of opportunity to demonstrate our faith in him and in his abilities to provide for us. Therefore we endeavour to live by faith.
o Romans 1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
